| Pre-registration is required. For the pre-registration, please send e-mail to the Organizing Committee of "Asia Forest Workshop 2008" (email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org) by 6th (Thursday) November 2008, including information on your name (First name and Family name), title, Affiliation, post-address, e-mail address. In addition, please inform in the same e-mail if you want to join the post-meeting excursion on 22nd-23rd. There is the limitation of the number of participants for the excursion. So, earlier pre-registration is recommended for the excursion.|

| For only meeting||about 150$(US), which covers lunch and dinner party for both of 20th and 21st of November and the cost for half-day tour in the afternoon of 21st, but not for accommodation.|

|Call for poster presentation:|
11,Nov,2008 The size of poster is within 84cm width by 119cm length (A0 size).
| Anybody are very welcome to give poster presentations at 14h30-17h40, 20th November 2008.The Poster session will cover any contents from any disciplines; scientific results, project activity reports and research proposals etc. relating to tropical forests. The first one-hour (14h30-15h30) in the session will be for introduction of poster presentation by the presenters, who will be requested to give an oral explanation of the summary within 3 or 5 minutes to all participants at once using a microphone in front of the poster. During the following two hours (15h50-), the presenters must remain at the poster to answer questions from and discuss the content of the display with individual participants who are interested in specific posters
Colleagues interested in presenting a poster session are requested to send the abstract in English to the Organizing Committee of Asia Forest Workshop (email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org) by 6th (Thursday) November 2008. For the abstract, please include Poster Title, Author(s), Text. The Text should be within 200 words.
